BRG Smart City is the name of the Smart City super project right at the foot of Nhat Tan Bridge, on the Nhat Tan – Noi Bai development axis of Hanoi city. The project has a total area of 272 hectares with an investment capital of up to 4.2 billion USD built and developed by 2 leading investors from Vietnam and Japan, BRG and Sumitomo.
BRG Smart City, jointly developed by Sumitomo Corporation Japan and BRG Vietnam, will focus on six factors: smart energy, smart transportation, smart governance, smart learning, smart living and smart economy.
The project has a total area of 272 hectares with an investment capital of up to 4.2 billion USD.
The highlight of the project is the 108-storey Phuong Trach Financial Tower – expected to become the largest financial center in Vietnam as well as the entire Southeast Asia region.
BRG Smart City owns a prime location right at the foot of Nhat Tan Bridge along the Nhat Tan – Noi Bai economic development axis, on the territory of 3 communes Vinh Ngoc, Kim No and Hai Boi in Dong Anh district, Hanoi. The project has a total planning area of up to 2080ha, stretching 11.7km with the starting point being Nhat Tan Bridge, the end point being Noi Bai Airport, divided into 5 phases, expected to be completed in 2028.
From the project area, residents can easily move to central and neighboring areas via major routes such as: Vo Chi Cong, Nhat Tan Bridge, Thang Long Bridge, Pham Van Dong.
